A Green Egg Must!

I have the type of friends who seem to have everything so they are very difficult to shop for. One of the anniversary gifts I gave them was this v-rack for their green egg and they love it! It fits perfectly in the egg and they recently had me over to sample the tasty offerings. The ribs were fall-of-the-bone good! Unlike the rack they were previously using, this one enabled the lid to be closed completely because it's custom fit for it and the meat cooks more evenly when elevated. If you have someone who doesn't have accessories to accompany their Green Egg, I highly recommend this product. Just make sure you get the right size.

Worth the $$. I have bought other racks in the past, but of poor quality and the finishes dont last. This one should last a very long time.

Good for babyback

The sides on this rack aren't high enough for anything but baby back ribs. If this is what you cook, go for it, but if you like a meatier rib, such as country... this won't work well, doesn't hold the ribs up.
